Fiscal - Brazil - STN - Federal Government Investments

This dataset includes monthly Brazil federal government investments expressed in current prices and millions of reais. It corresponds to the primary expenditures paid by the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers, including the Investment' and 'Financial Investment' expenditure groups, plus the adjustment of bank orders of the last day 3/. Expenditures paid correspond to the values of bank orders issued in Siafi (Financial management system) after the settlement of commitments. It differs from the concept of 'effective payment' adopted for the information in table 1.1 because the latter corresponds to the amount of the withdrawal made in the Single Account (Conta Única). Note 1: Financial Investments (GND) 5 and Payment of Quotas includes expenditures with the Residential Lease Fund - FAR, within the scope of the 'Minha Casa Minha Vida Program - MCMV (MP nº 516/2012'), executed between December 2009 and May 2012 through GND 3 (Other Current Expenditures). Note 2: Bank Order Adjustment is the result of the sum of the total bank orders issued on the last day of the previous month and the subtraction of bank orders issued on the last day of the current month. Note 3: Services (1.1.3) corresponds to the grouping of expenditure elements (35, 36, 37, 39 and 40) related to services.'
