This dataset includes Brazil monthly National Survey on Cost and Civil Construction Index. The monthly cost series and cost indices refer to the value of the square meter of a construction site. General project expenses, licenses, insurance, temporary installations, equipment depreciation, land purchase, administration, financing and equipment acquisition are not included.
