This dataset includes poultry prices monthly indicators published by Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Argentina. The price of the retail chicken corresponds to the price of the eviscerated chicken, with VAT. The price of wholesale chicken corresponds to the box of 20 Kg $/kg without VAT
