"What's worrying about Mexico's latest GDP data is that they show a return to flatlining growth, which means a return to the status quo pre-COVID. Growth averaged 2.7% per year from 2010-17. It started flatlining in 2018 and COVID, by tightening financial conditions, didn't help."
