Annual national estimates of planted, lost and harvested area, yield and production for the six main grain and oilseed crops in Argentina, by crop season, in hectares, quintals per hectare and metric tons. Published by the Bolsa de Cereales de Buenos Aires in its Panorama Agrícola Semanal. Yield is computed over harvested area, and each season is dated on January 1 of its starting year (the 2024/2025 season is dated 2024-01-01). Estimates for the ongoing season are revised weekly and recorded under that same date, overwriting the previous figure.
The Weekly Agricultural Overview (ECC -Estado y Condición de Cultivos-) is a weekly report that summarizes the most important events related to the progress of sowing and harvesting, and monitors the yields obtained nationwide. The values are expressed as percentages. Until 2025, data were recorded using a campaign-end dating convention, where each campaign was mapped to a single date (e.g., the 2024/2025 campaign is dated 2025-01-01) and weekly updates overwrote that same observation. Starting in 2026, each weekly release is stored as a separate observation, while earlier data remain under the previous structure.
Annual final estimates of planted, lost and harvested area, yield and production for the six main grain and oilseed crops across the agricultural regions of Argentina, including a national total, by crop season, in hectares, quintals per hectare and metric tons. Published by the Bolsa de Cereales de Buenos Aires. Yield is computed over harvested area, and each season is dated on January 1 of its starting year (the 2024/2025 season is dated 2024-01-01). Only closed seasons are included; the ongoing season is not reported.
This dataset includes the prices of different crops disaggregated by each arbitration chamber in pesos per ton and dollars per ton.
This dataset includes FOB (Free on Board) prices of main grains and oilseeds as reported on a daily basis. Values are expressed in USD/TON.
This dataset includes daily international agricultural prices and market positions in Chicago, Rotterdam, and Dalian, including European Vegetable Oils and Gulf Premiums. The data is expressed in dollars per ton.
Weekly planting and harvest progress and crop estimates for the six main grain and oilseed crops across the agricultural regions of Argentina, including a national total, in hectares, percentages, quintals per hectare and metric tons. Published by the Bolsa de Cereales de Buenos Aires in its Panorama Agrícola Semanal. Yield is computed over harvested area, and each date corresponds to a weekly report; new reports are added as new dates without replacing earlier ones, so every observation reflects the estimate available at that date. Values are reproduced as printed in the reports, including occasional inconsistencies in the source, and figures shown as a dash are left empty.
