Producer Price Index of Agricultural Products

This dataset comprises the monthly Producer Price Index of Agricultural Products for Turkey, presented by groups. The data is presented at constant prices, with January 2020 as the base year.

Monthly agricultural producer price index for Türkiye since January 2010, on a 2020 = 100 base. The index is broken down by product following the Turkish agricultural classification, which nests sections, divisions, groups, classes, subclasses and individual products: cereals, pulses and oilseeds, rice, vegetables and melons, roots and tubers, tropical fruit, citrus, pome and stone fruit, grapes, nuts, industrial crops such as cotton, tobacco and sugar beet, forage crops, live animals and animal products, forestry products and fishing and aquaculture products; a level entity marks the depth of each code. Alongside the index the source publishes four percentage changes: over the previous month, over December of the previous year, over the same month a year earlier, and in twelve-month moving averages.
