This dataset includes monthly sales of apartments and houses in Gran Santiago. It contains information on the following:
- Sales in UF: an inflation-adjustable currency
- Stock: The number of new housing units (apartments or houses) available for sale at any given time.
- Sales: The number of new housing units for which a purchase agreement is signed at any given time.
Months of Supply: A measure of sales velocity, calculated as the ratio between the available stock in a given month and the units sold in that same month. It represents the number of months needed to sell all available stock, assuming the sales rate remains stable and no new units enter the market.
