This dataset comprises the annual population figures of Turkey. For the years 2000-2006, the Address-Based Population Registration System (ABPRS) was employed. For the period spanning 2007-2022, end-of-year populations were directly obtained. The population figures for the years 2000-2006 were estimated using the results obtained from the ABPRS.
