This dataset includes the Financial Situation Of The Central Government's Budget, it has Cash Base. The variable Deficit Or Surplus Overall Cash = Current and capital income - Current and capital expenditures (Excludes the debt repayment service). On the other hand, Deficit Financing Or Use Of The Overall Surplus = Net External Financing + Net Internal Financing (Includes negotiation of bonds, net balances from other entities and funds, and credit reimbursements) + Variation of cash balances. This dataset presents the information contained in Table 2.4 Financial Situation of the State Administration (Cash Base), according to the Public Finances Statistics published by the Central Bank of Ecuador (BCE).
