The Banco Central del Paraguay (BCP) is the Central Bank of Paraguay. It is the country's monetary authority and is responsible for issuing and regulating the national currency, the Paraguayan Guarani. The BCP is also responsible for implementing and monitoring monetary policy, which includes setting interest rates and controlling the money supply to achieve the country's economic and financial goals.
