Comisión para el mercado financiero (CMF)

The Comisión para el mercado financiero (CMF) is the Chilean financial market regulator. It is responsible for the supervision of the financial market and the protection of investors. CMF is also responsible for the implementation of regulations, the monitoring of financial activities, and the enforcement of financial sanctions.
