The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) is a professional association in the United States that serves the supply management profession. It conducts research and analysis, and provides education and professional development opportunities to its members. One of the most well-known reports produced by ISM is the ISM Manufacturing Report on Business, which is based on a monthly survey of purchasing and supply executives from more than 300 companies in the US.
