This dataset includes yearly information on renewable energy production and consumption by country. The data are based on gross generation and not accounting for cross-border electricity supply. Renewable power is based on gross generation from renewable sources including wind, geothermal, solar, biomass and waste, not accounting for cross-border electricity supply. Acronym TWh stands for Tera-Watts per hour, and kboe/d stands for thousands of barrels of oil equivalent per day.
