Monetary - Costa Rica - BCCR - Exchange Rate Expectations

This dataset includes Costa Rica's monthly exchange rate expectations, measured in percentages, percentage points, and numbers. The data pertains to the cumulative exchange rate expected for the next 3 months and the anticipated inflation for the next 12 months. The mean, median, mode, and deciles are presented as percentages (%), while the standard deviation is measured in percentage points (p.p). The Survey of inflation and exchange rate expectations was suspended from December 2020 to November 2021. In January 2022, the survey is resumed with horizons of 3 and 12 months for the exchange rate, except in December 2021, 12-month expectations were consulted.
