The Credit Conditions Survey (ECC) is a quarterly survey that aims to collect additional information on the behavior and trends observed in the bank credit market. The participation of financial entities is voluntary. These entities together represent approximately 90% of the private sector credit market. It is constructed as the difference between the percentage of responses that show a positive evolution ("Moderately more flexible" and "More flexible" responses), minus the percentage corresponding to negative responses ("Moderately more restrictive" and "More restrictive"). This dataset responds to "In the event that the standards have become more flexible (if you answered the options: More flexible or Moderately more flexible in question 1), how important have the following factors been in explaining such changes (indicate the degree of importance using the following scale : 1=Not important; 2=Not very important; 3=Important)".
