This dataset includes the geometric averge of the median´s price per m2 of 12 districs from Lima Metropolitana: Barranco, La Molina, Miraflores, San Borja, San Isidro, Surco, Jesús María, Lince, Magdalena, Pueblo Libre, San Miguel y Surquillo.
The BCRP relevates this information from the Labors Ministry.
